Shuttle picked us up from airport. Man at front desk in the evening was super nice and welcoming. Gave us extra bedding for our sofa bed. Breakfast was good, forgot it ended at 9 (came about 9:10)but the lady there tending to the breakfast area was super nice and made sure I got everything I needed for my son, husband and myself before cleaning it up. We left our bag at front desk while visiting mall after checking out. The Woman at the front desk on Tuesday morning could have been a little nicer and less abrupt while I was inquiring about shuttle services and holding our bag, but maybe she was just having a bad morning.... Walking distance to mall (25 min) if you miss shuttle. Shuttle later took us to airport. Great rooms. No fridge or microwave. Overall stay was comfortable and son enjoyed option for YouTube. Thanks again!

- lovely and professional staff - stylish, comfortable, and clean rooms (we loved the little division between the bed and the couch so we could watch TV on the couch after our 4 yr old was asleep in the bed) - free breskfast was delicious and exactly what we needed to start the day - free hotel and mall shuttles (trip saver!!! We were here for the afternoon/night on a long layover that flew out the next morning. We saved so much hassle and made the most out of our 20 hours in Minneapolis by being able to go from the airport to hotel easily and also to and from the mall that afternoon for a visit to the lego store which our son loved!!) -great price and we got a deal on booking.com so it was an even better price!

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean room. Close to airport yet we weren't bothered by the noise. Great price compared to other hotels near by! Highly recommend! On another note, if you park and fly, it's $3 cheaper than parking at airport and they do have a shuttle that goes to airport. Had we known it was cheaper we would have done that. The staff did tell us price. They were more than helpful with everything!

I really liked the comfy bed and breakfast in the morning. The studio was big with a mini fridge and microwave. Weirdly enough there was no lighting in the bedroom area. The gym was a nice perk, it's basic but has most of the necessary stuff, there is a disinfectant spray too. The shuttle in the morning was super convenient and they can also bring you to the mall which is super close.

The facilities were very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 in a king suite. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We also loved the location, it was so close to the Mall of America and the kids loved seeing the airplanes take off from the nearby airport. Breakfast was also very good ☺️
