SpringHill Suites Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport/Mall Of America

Friendly efficient front desk staff both during check-in and check -our, especially Jean! She knows her job and she does it with Great humor! Also so nice to be able to get a pizza and a drink in the bar once we checked in. The bartender was a perfect personality! The rooms as always, we're clean and comfortable and spacious. It's great to have an extra living area with a couch. We also appreciated being able to use the shuttle service to and from the airport.

The 24 hour shuttle to the airport was the reason I chose this hotel. Other hotels had limited shuttle hours. The breakfast was great with a lot of food choices. We stayed here before and after our trip and both rooms were clean with comfortable beds.

I appreciated the gluten free muffin for breakfast :) Room was clean, when we asked for towels they were fast in arriving.

Did not have the breakfast due to early flight in the morning breakfast was at 6am! Room was nice size could check on weather conditions through the night! Bed was comfortable and just right! to my liking!

The staff were all great but Miss Jean at the front desk was exceptional! She always met us with a smile, offered assistance and shared a story in her positive, upbeat manner. She gave us a very warm feeling of inclusion, being heard and welcomed!
